So, how does one get into collecting hotel privacy signs? “I picked up my first “do not disturb” sign while on a business trip to Pakistan nearly 20 years ago. ![]() It’s been painstakingly put together by a collector named Eduardo of Turin, Italy, a retired international civil servant who has traveled extensively for many years. I’m almost sure this extensive archive (there are pages and pages of them) is one of very few that exist. Anyhoo, I came across a collection of “Do Not Disturb” signs from hotels around the world and as far as hotel collectibles go, the doorknob signs seem to have gone largely unnoticed, despite being pretty interesting design-wise. ![]() Don’t I always say you can find absolutely anything on the internet?
